Vaibhav Suryavanshi Century: 15 Sixes & Asia Cup Record 🏏

ACC Men’s Asia Cup Rising Stars in 2025 Vaibhav Suryavanshi in smashing form. In the first match against the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the opener scored a century in the India A team.

Vaibhav scored 10 fours and 9 sixes in just 32 balls. The player continued his good form in the Group B match at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium in Doha today.

India A won the toss and elected to bat. Opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi has given a performance right from the start which fully vindicates the decision of captain Jitesh Sharma. The 14-year-old continued to bat aggressively even after his century, punishing the bowlers in numbers. Vaibhav scored 144 runs off 42 balls including 15 sixes and 11 fours.

For the second wicket, Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Naman Dhir added 163 runs from 56 balls. Naman scored 34 runs off 22 balls including three fours and two sixes. Vaibhav completed his half-century off just 17 balls during his smashing innings. The player was dismissed after Ahmed Tariq was caught by Mohammad Farazuddin.
