Ford Mustang Mach‑E 2026: UVS 100 et California Special

Ford is deploying a series of targeted modifications for the 2026 Mustang Mach-E: enough to refine the range without reinventing it. The star of the lot is called UVS 100, a sunshade designed specifically for the Mach-E windshield, installed at the dealership and delivered separately from the vehicle. Ford’s accessories catalog lists it at $109, while the official dealership price has not yet been announced. Modest on paper, but it’s typically the accessory we end up using all the time.

The Mustang Mach-E GT also welcomes a California Special version. It is distinguished by blue accents, specific rims with GT/CS logos, hood decorations and sports seats with mixed upholstery. At the same time, the Mach-E Rally graphics and rear spoiler are no longer part of the standard equipment, although they remain available separately. Result: a more refined and measured presentation right out of the dealership, with room to personalize according to your wishes — a more sober approach that suits this model well.

Elsewhere in the range, Ford adds interior handles to the rear doors, deletes the Bronze Appearance Pack and removes the front trunk from the base configuration. The frunk can however be ordered as an option by those who want it. These adjustments make the version grid more readable and give customers the freedom to check only what they really plan to use.

For the GT, a new Performance & Handling pack appears on the order form, while a Technology Package is added to certain versions. The fixed panoramic glass roof is now offered on the Premium and GT finishes, enough to illuminate the cabin and offer a more rewarding atmosphere without leaving its preferred configuration.
