UT Camargo Women’s Recognition | Regional Honorees

Within the framework of the commemoration of International Women’s Day, the Technological University of Camargo (UTCam) held the event “Women who inspire, hearts that transform”, with the aim of recognizing the trajectory and contributions of women who have stood out for their leadership, social commitment and contribution to the development of their communities.

The activity was carried out in the academic units located in the municipalities of Camargo, Meoqui and Jiménez, where students, teachers, authorities and community members gathered to pay tribute to women who have excelled in different areas such as education, entrepreneurship, public service, health and social development.

During the event, more than 40 women from the region were recognized, whose life stories reflect effort, dedication and commitment to the progress of their communities.

Through reviews and profiles, the impact that each of them has generated in their environment was highlighted, becoming references and inspiration for new generations.

In his message, the rector of UT Camargo, José Julio Huerta Herrera, highlighted the importance of making the role of women in society visible and promoting spaces that recognize their talent and leadership.

“The recognition of the women who inspire is also a recognition of the effort, perseverance and passion with which they contribute to the development of our region. Their example motivates our students to build a future with greater equality and opportunities for all,” said the rector.

With this type of initiatives, the Technological University of Camargo reaffirms its commitment to promoting values ​​of equality, respect and inclusion, as well as to the training of professionals committed to the social and human development of their environment.
