Used Graphics Card Trading: Buyer’s Guide

by Archynetys Economy Desk

I delivered a used Pny 5070 and received it on Saturday.

The fan noise continued to be confirmed, so I took the time to visit the center today and received a response that the fan was confirmed to be defective, but that processing was not possible because the 12-pin auxiliary power latch was damaged.

I didn’t break it at all. I disassembled my computer and checked it just in case, but I couldn’t find any pieces of plastic debris.

When I contacted the seller, they only responded that they didn’t know about that and that a refund was not possible, but when I looked at it, it seemed like they had damaged it by connecting or disconnecting the cable without realizing it.

How should I handle this case? This is my first time dealing with used parts and I am very embarrassed.

I really think I got it wrong.
