In a significant development, Taylor recently terminated a three-year ownership succession plan, citing Lore and Rodriguez’s failure to meet specified deadlines for assuming majority ownership this spring.
Disputing Taylor’s claims, Lore and Rodriguez are actively seeking to reinstate the original agreement, which included provisions for an automatic 90-day extension to secure NBA approval and majority ownership.
