(Ulsan = Yonhap News) Reporter Jang Young-eun = Ulju-gun, Ulsan, announced on the 21st that it will provide volume-rate bags and sanitary products to 148 restaurants designated by the hygiene rating system.
The restaurant hygiene rating system is a system in which the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety evaluates the hygiene status of restaurants with 44 items in 3 areas and designates them as 3 levels: very excellent, excellent, and good.
Currently, 148 restaurants in Ulju-gun have received hygiene level designation.
Businesses designated by the hygiene rating system are provided with a variety of benefits, including issuance of a designation letter and sign, exemption from entry and inspection except in special cases for three years, and support for sanitary products.
