According to Peskov, the implementation of all humanitarian agreements is now being completed.
The press secretary of the head of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that the exchange of views on projects of memorandums about the ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine is now not going on. His words quote Rossmi.
“At the moment, the fulfillment of all humanitarian agreements that were reached during the second round (negotiations – UNIAN) are being completed. After that, there will be a turn to decide on the dates of their continuation,” Peskov said in a commentary to journalists.
Recall that the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that the Ukrainian side would not take the Russian Memorandum seriously about the ceasefire. He said during communication with reporters that this document is an ultimatum.
“This is an ultimatum, and neither the Ukrainian side nor anyone else will take it seriously, because there is an ultimatum. That is, this memorandum is a misunderstanding,” the president of Ukraine said.
“Memorandum” of the Russian Federation about the ceasefire – what is known
Recall that earlier Rossmi published the full text of the “Memorandum” Kremlin about the ceasefire. This document includes three sections with two options for the ceasefire.
In particular, Russians demand the complete exit of the Armed Forces from the Lugansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions. The Russian Federation also wants Ukraine to cease to mobilize and begin the demobilization of the military.
