by Archynetys Economy Desk

UCM strengthens its consultancy service with the acquisition of the company OPTIM HR. Consulting company active mainly in Brussels and Walloon Brabant, it specializes in salary optimization, outsourced HR management, legal advice and training. Recognized for its pragmatic approach and its grassroots roots, OPTIM HR is made up of twelve employees and offers solutions adapted to business realities. With optimization at the heart of its DNA, whatever the professions concerned.

As with CEGES – Personnel Management Office active mainly in Brussels – which joined UCM in 2022, this acquisition demonstrates the group’s desire to continue its development in and around Brussels. To also increase the visibility of UCM among larger companies from various sectors.

Jean-Charles Depoterre has been, since January 1, Chief Strategic Officer of UCM. His main missions will be the construction of the new strategic plan and the management of multiple projects aimed at strengthening the robustness, agility and growth capacity of the company.

« Drawing on my 10 years of experience at UCM and rich in numerous exchanges with business leaders from Wallonia and Brussels, I wanted to support UCM in building a flexible and adaptive framework, which will allow it to anticipate changes, seize opportunities, promote agility and guide decision-making. »
Jean-Charles Depoterre, Chief Strategic Officer.

Present at UCM since January 2016, Jean-Charles Depoterre previously held the position of BtoB General Director, in particular in charge of the Social Secretariat, the Social Insurance Fund and the Business Counter. One of the faces of UCM in the media, Frédéric Mignolet, has taken over this function. He was previously Deputy General Manager BtoB.

« Performance cannot be decreed: it is built concretely, on the ground, with effective tools, sincere communication and constant demands, driven by motivated employees and for the benefit of customers, while respecting UCM’s corporate DNA. »
Frédéric Mignolet, BtoB General Manager.

With 20 years of experience within UCM, Frédéric Mignolet continues the development of BtoB activities with a clear priority: strengthening operational efficiency, improving the customer experience and consolidating the group’s performance. Its action is part of a logic of controlled growth, serving customers, teams and the long-term solidity of UCM.
