However, not everything has been rosy for the Temucan, who revived, in conversation with En Court, one of the most difficult moments of his career: that 2017 when, being one of the projectable youth players of the U, A “like” on Instagram cost him the trust of the blue fans.
After a defeat in the Superclásico against Colo Colo, The young midfielder liked an image published by Iván Morales, in which Esteban Paredes and Jaime Valdés appeared celebrating. The gesture unleashed the fury of the fans and ended up burying his time at the club where he formed.

“One does not do it with bad intentions or with desire, but the issue of social networks is sensitive. The post appeared and out of inertia I liked it, I didn’t realize it, and then that caused a wave of things”Rozas confessed.
“I had to close my Instagram account due to threats; many people wrote to me telling me that I was from Colo Colo, which is not true. I was 18 years old, alone in Santiago, it was a very difficult and guilty moment,” he added.

With the maturity that comes with time, the 27-year-old midfielder looks back calmly, but without forgetting the cost it had on his career.
“The last thing I wanted was to provoke that situation. Before that, people loved me a lot, but this caused a before and after. It was difficult for me to find my version, it affected me psychologically and I chose to leave the club to look for a new direction,” he acknowledged.
Today, while Rozas fights for the title in Primera B, he takes that episode as a life lesson: “When you are in a big team, There are many people paying attention to what you do or don’t do, in the good and the bad. I had to pay the costs for that, but I also learned a lot”, he concluded.
