HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Long lines at airports all over have authorities urging travelers to arrive early for their flights.
On Friday, Hawaiian Airlines put out a statement on its website telling travelers to arrive early to ensure enough time to clear security.
The airline said, “For guests with TSA PreCheck, we are currently encountering an issue where the PreCheck indicator may not appear on your boarding pass. If it is not displayed on your boarding pass, you will need to use the general security line.”
The airline says it is working with its vendor to resolve the issue.
