In just 20 days the White House has announced four attacks on four boats in international waters, off the coast of Venezuela, in which they have killed at least 17 people. Trump, who ensures that vessels were loaded with drugs to the United States, accuses Nicolás Maduro’s government to be behind drug trafficking.
