The case papers delivered to court on Thursday state that the dismissal is illegal, and that this is the first time such a thing has happened in the history of the central bank. Cook requires to continue in the position and notified everything Tirsda Gat she wants to go to court.
The lawsuit also means that Cook requires that the central bank’s independence be secured, as Congress has decided.
