Vietnamese influencer who achieved high-intensity weight loss
A Vietnamese man is becoming a hot topic among local netizens after losing over 20kg in 100 days and appearing with a completely different appearance.
On the 5th (local time), Vietnamese media ‘Jet News’ revealed the diet process of Thai Kien Quoc (26), a TikTok influencer living in Ho Chi Minh City. Quoc is a famous Vietnamese influencer who mainly produces food review content. However, due to irregular eating habits and frequent late-night snacking, his weight increased to 80 kg at one point, and his body fat percentage exceeded 30%, showing signs of health problems.

After undergoing a hospital examination and receiving a diagnosis from medical staff indicating that she was at risk for stomach health problems, fatty liver, and hyperlipidemia, Quoc decided to focus on weight loss for 100 days.
Quoc’s diet consisted of intense exercise and diet management. He devoted 4 hours to exercise every day. I did aerobic exercise in the morning and weight training in the afternoon.
The diet consisted mainly of chicken breast, fish, eggs, and vegetables, and foods containing carbohydrates and sugar, such as rice and bread, were strictly limited. Quoc confessed, “Originally, I was a person who impulsively ate anything, but it was not easy to think about the composition of each meal and only eat at a set time.”
After 100 days, his weight recorded 57 kg, 20 kg less than when he started the diet. Body fat percentage also decreased by half. What’s even more surprising is that his appearance has completely changed. After he revealed his face, reactions poured in on social media, such as “He looks like a completely different person” and “It doesn’t seem like he’s the same person.”

In an interview with local media, Quoc said, “I used to eat and film until late at night, but after losing weight, my body and mindset both changed. I started enjoying hiking and outdoor activities, and my health also improved.”
