by Archynetys News Desk

President Theodore Roosevelt visited Montpelier on Thanksgiving Day 1907 before returning to the White House for dinner. We wish you an equally enjoyable Thanksgiving, whether your table holds turkey, possum, or your other favorite family recipes!

And if you want to walk off some of that holiday dinner this weekend, Montpelier will be open Friday-Monday, with 8 miles of trails to explore!
