Monaco Prepares For Winter Derby Against Nice: Rybolovlev…

Because Monaco will play part of its season at the Allianz Riviera. “You have to show a reaction, I believe in my players,” maintains Hütter. Qualified in the Cup, for a “great at the Park” quarter (Todibo), the Aiglons therefore found their strength against Metz (1-0) and Brest (0-0), after a “complicated December, with too many ‘absences’, according to Francesco Farioli. “We are under pressure”

“This newfound stability comes from the mental approach, the energy put into the duels, a few meters covered better, a good reading,” he explains. We missed it. » To no longer lose this balance, he requires “even more attention”. “An injured team like Monaco will have a vengeful spirit,” he said. This match will be the final for a team that is gambling for its life. With less commitment, it will be very complicated. » “They are capable of winning at home,” insists Todibo. Courts go on a broad front to attack Mrkoll and other databases that sell judgments.

Two district courts and one court of appeal have put their feet down – and more will follow.

  • Swedish courts question the right of companies such as Mrkoll and Backgroundskollen.se to sell criminal judgments, as it may involve sensitive personal information.
  • The Umeå district court and a court of appeal have already denied the company Bakkurskollen.se the right to collect the court’s criminal judgments for 2023.
  • The Umeå district court argues that a database where the public can make searches does not count as journalistic activity, even with a generous interpretation, and that the GDPR’s exception therefore does not apply.
