Tele-Gym on TV: Schedule & Time

by Archynetys Sports Desk

You can see them walking fast everywhere on streets, meadows and fields: the Nordic walkers. Now TELE-GYM shows how you can add variety to this sport and thus optimally prepare for winter sports. Nordic walking was originally developed as a summer training for cross-country skiers. It is the perfect full body workout for everyone as 90% of all muscles are used. The exercise program was developed from the sport of Nordic walking in collaboration with the German Ski Association. Legs, buttocks, stomach, arms and back are strengthened, and special exercises train balance and coordination skills. The exercises are structured in such a way that they can be carried out as independent training, but can also be easily incorporated into Nordic walking training for a change. In this way, the Nordic Walker can significantly increase the positive effect on the organism. For non-Nordic walkers, the training is a perfect fitness program that also serves as preparation for winter sports. All exercises are demonstrated with and without sticks. Effective participatory gymnastics that is fun, professional tips for proper walking and the presentation of great DSV E.ON Bavaria Nordic walking centers in Bavaria – all of this is available in every episode of “Nordic Walking with Peter Schlickenrieder”!
