Switzerland is buzzing wiht a new campaign designed to promote its hotels. Switzerland Tourism (ST),the marketing agency for the Swiss holiday destination,has launched “Bees & Friends,” a campaign capitalizing on World Bee Day to showcase the diversity and commitment to sustainability within the Swiss hotel sector.
The campaign utilizes social media platforms and digital advertising spaces, including a presence at Times Square in New York City. In a unique guerrilla marketing effort in Germany, 5,800 miniature posters have been placed in cities like Hamburg, Potsdam, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf. Spotting one of thes posters gives participants a chance to win one of 20 hotel stays in Switzerland. The posters will be collected and properly recycled after the campaign concludes.
