Gameshare announced a few months ago was to be a revolution in the game for many players. However, it turns out that the beginnings of the new service are – to put it mildly – difficult.
With the premiere of Nintendo Switch 2, Gameshare debuts, an innovative function that allows you to share games with other players, even if they do not have a copy of a given title.
The function works both locally and online, and what’s more, it allows cooperation with users of the original Nintendo Switch. In local sessions you can connect to a maximum of three other systems, which opens completely new opportunities for joint gameplay.
The concept itself seems extremely interesting, but at the start of the adventure with Switch 2 a list of games that will be available at Gameshare, does not knock on your knees:
Thanks to Gameshare, games such as Super Mario Odyssey or Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker gain an additional dimension of interaction. Older titles require update to use this function, while exclusive games for Nintendo Switch 2 will support it immediately. Importantly, only Switch 2 users can share games – Switch 1 owners can only receive them.
Nintendo promises that the list of supported games will be gradually expanded. May it be so!
