Sustainability is increasingly decisive for evaluating the long-term solidity of emerging countries. In the Sustainability ranking half-yearly Dpamil Chile confirms itself in first place, ahead of Czech Republic e Poland.
The ranking analyzes 84 emerging economies based on above 50 environmental, social and institutional indicatorsusing data from the UN, World Bank, IMF and international NGOs. In the latest update Chile rises to 76/100the Czech Republic remains stable at 75/100while Poland grows to 75/100.
Good signs too Costa Rica e Albaniaboth clearly improving. The report thus confirms that, alongside the demographic and economic potential, the quality of governance and sustainability it is becoming a key factor in distinguishing the most solid emerging countries.
