Arsad said based on the study of false or astronomy, there were various methods to ensure the direction of Qibla. Some of them are using Kompas, Theodolite and by directly observing the Rashdul Kiblat event.

To get accurate results, there are some things that must be considered when checking the Qibla direction through this event.
First, the object used as a benchmark must really stand upright. It is recommended to use tools such as lots or penders.
Second, the surface where the benchmark must be flat and flat. The non -parallel surface can cause the shadow to deviate and the Qibla direction becomes inaccurate.
Third, the observation time must be precise, which is at 16.18 WIB or 17.18 WITA on the date mentioned. The hours used should be adjusted to the official time of BMKG, RRI or Telkom to avoid time errors.
According to him, the Rashdul Qibla phenomenon only occurs twice a year and is an important opportunity for Muslims to adjust the Qibla direction scientifically and simply.
“This is a very valuable time for all of us to make sure the direction of the Qiblah in the prayer really suits the Ka’bah,” he said.
