Subway and British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Partner to Promote Active Lifestyles
British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) has announced a new partnership with the restaurant chain Subway to encourage physical activity among university students. The initiative is part of Subway’s “Fresh Moves” campaign, which supports emerging sports across UK universities.
The collaboration aims to increase student engagement in university sports and expand the reach of the “Fresh Moves” initiative on campuses. Subway will support the growth of BUCS’ women’s football and basketball programs, including wheelchair basketball and 3×3 basketball. Students from BUCS’ 155 member universities will have opportunities to compete in these sports.
Will Roberts, CEO of BUCS, stated, “BUCS are delighted to sign a multi-year agreement with Subway…we will be able to offer our competitors a freshly prepared favourite, as part of their balanced diet.” He added that the partnership will help elevate basketball and women’s football, highlighting the contributions of BUCS members.

Alessia Russo and Hellmann’s launch “Russo Burger” to Support Women’s Football
Arsenal and England player Alessia Russo has partnered with Hellmann’s to launch the “Russo Burger,” a new offering for football fans this summer. the burger was developed by Hellmann’s chefs and approved by Russo herself.
Inspired by the Lionesses, the “Russo Burger” will be available for a limited time. For each burger sold, £2.50 will be donated to Her Game Too, an association promoting equality and respect for women in football.
The “Russo Burger” features chicken fillets, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, red onion, rocket, and Hellmann’s Mayonnaise and Garlic & Herb Sauce.
Alessia Russo said,“I’ve always enjoyed good food and football so I’m excited to launch the ‘russo Burger’ with hellmann’s…Hopefully it’s something that fans will enjoy while cheering us on.”

BOOST Drinks Launches Strava Campaign to Engage Everyday Exercisers
BOOST Drinks has launched its first multi-channel media campaign on Strava, centered around “The BOOST Sport 5K” challenge. The campaign, planned by the7stars media agency, aims to connect the brand with everyday fitness enthusiasts.
BOOST has sponsored location-based segments in Belfast and central London to encourage local participation. The campaign also includes influencer support and broader media placements in cinema, Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, and vinyl bus wraps.
