The animal stars of the Sony Pictures animated series GOAT They are set to hit theaters next month, introducing moviegoers to the fast-paced world of Roarball. Today we have an authentic Noah’s Ark with character posters that show the various anthropomorphic creatures that inhabit this original animated sports adventure.
GOAT will arrive exclusively in theaters on February 13.
Synopsis: From Sony Pictures Animation, the studio behind Spider-Man: To the Other Side of the Spider-Verse and the artists who made it KPop Demon Hunterscomes GOATan original action comedy set in an exclusively animal world.
The story follows Will, a little goat with big dreams, who has the unique opportunity to join the professional world of roarball, a high-intensity, high-contact mixed sport dominated by the fastest and fiercest animals in the world. Will’s new teammates aren’t too happy about having a little goat on their team, but Will is determined to revolutionize the sport and prove once and for all that little ones can play baseball too.
GOAT is directed by Tyree Dillihay (Bob’s Burgers, Good Times) and co-directed by Adam Rosette (story artist on The dog man, the wild robot, the bad guys), from a screenplay by Aaron Buchsbaum and Teddy Riley, inspired by the book funny dunks By Chris Tougas.
