Paradox‘s popular 4X strategy game Stellaris will receive new downloadable content on September 22. The expansion is titled Shadow of the Shroud, this time focusing on the Psychic Path, Paradox has completely redesigned it with new features added. Here is the description of the developer on Steam:
“The Psychic plane is vast and full of dangers. Shadow of the Shroud is the ultimate expansion pack for those seeking to master the unknown behind the veil, and a radical reform of the path toward spiritual improvement. Moral behavior, patron loyalty, and the always-present risk of total destruction will now shape your connection to the entities living on the other side.”
The expansion will also be included in the game’s Season 9 Pass, which includes Biogenesis, Stargazer and Infernals.
Although the recent 4.0 update has not been widely welcomed due to bugs and technical issues, Paradox is advancing its stable Stellaris content stream. Fans can already check out the official trailer for Shadow of the Shroud below.
