There is now a reason to go to Starbucks after 2pm.

Starbucks Korea is holding a ‘1+1’ decaffeinated coffee event starting on the 3rd to celebrate cumulative sales of decaffeinated coffee exceeding 100 million cups.

The period is six days until the 8th. If a customer visiting the store after 2 pm orders a decaffeinated drink or ½ a decaffeinated drink, they will receive an additional drink of the same size.

A total of 5 drinks are eligible for the event (Café Americano, Café Latte, Flat White, Caramel Macchiato, and Starbucks Dolce Latte).

Starbucks introduced decaffeinated coffee in Korea in August 2017. Since then, decaffeinated coffee sales have increased from 6 million cups in 2018 to 21.1 million cups, an increase of 3.5 times last year.

People who want to enjoy coffee without the burden of caffeine often ask for decaffeinated coffee even late in the afternoon. As a result of analyzing Americano sales by time of day last month, the proportion of decaffeinated Americano sold after 2 pm of the day was 51%,

A Scientific Algorithm In 6 Steps To Deal…

It was developed by scientists from the Australian National University

“The right person” is a special project of “24 hours” about professional success, career growth, personal development, workplace relations, about good practices of employers, about news from the HR sector and management, about the labor market and vacancies .

38% of people in the world experience severe anxiety every day. They recognize it in a large-scale sociological study.

Very often, worries are related to work – a difficult task, a competitive market, unpleasant colleagues, a cursed boss. Sometimes it’s about little things, but when anxiety is constant, it increases the level of stress and destroys health. Otherwise, in general, there are hardly any people in the world who always live carefree and never worry.

The real reason for dangerous persistent anxiety is that many do not take action to end their suffering by addressing the problem at its source. They are not masochists – there are few who like their constant state of self-pity. Most people just don’t know how to act.

Scientists from the Australian National University claim to have developed an algorithm that allows a person to cope with any anxiety.

Boosting Rivian’s Next-Gen Plans

In a strategic move, Rivian estimated savings of $2.25 billion in capital expenditures, product development investments, and supplier sourcing by opting to manufacture the R2 in Illinois. The company secured an $827 million grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity to enhance its existing plant’s capacity from 150,000 to 215,000 units annually, representing a significant portion of its $1.5 billion expansion budget.

Rivian has already produced over 100,000 electric vehicles at the facility and anticipates maintaining a similar volume in 2024 compared to the 57,000 vehicles manufactured last year.

2024-05-04 11:02:28

Milka lovers must prepare for tough times.

At Rewe and the Penny discounter, the chocolate bars are suddenly missing from the shelves because there is a clash between the stores and the Mondelez company. Products such as Oreo and Tuc are also affected. This is reported by the “Lebensmittel Zeitung”.

Especially classics such as the 100 gram Milka bar Chocolate of the alpine milk variety would become scarce. The reason for this is a cost dispute, as was the case recently with Edeka (BILD reported).

The American company is supposed to charge higher prices for its products, but supermarkets reject these. They don’t want to alienate customers with their pricing policy and don’t want to overcharge them from their point of view. The manufacturer probably wants to increase the pressure by stopping deliveries.

“It’s just annoying,” says one independent dealer.

“Chocolate deflation” puts producers under pressure

The affected branches are now probably hiding the shelf holes with competing products that “Rewe Best choice”, “Rewe Bio”, “Schogetten”, “Knoppers” and “Kit Kat”.

Surprising escalation: Indeed, it seemed as if the chain stores and Mondelez had finally come to an agreement.
