The Bulgarian champion club, Ludogorets, has completed its first transfer of the summer, acquiring Bulgarian national team player Stanislav Ivanov from Arda. The two clubs reached an agreement after several days of negotiations. A key condition of the deal was that the 14-time champion club would pay the entire transfer fee, approximately 350,000 euros, upfront.

The young player from Levski has signed a three-year contract with Ludogorets and is expected to be officially presented soon. “Stasi” had a strong season, playing a significant role for Arda. He contributed to Alexander Tunchev’s team qualifying for the Euro tournaments, playing 35 games last season, scoring 11 goals, and providing five assists in the First League.

ivanov joined Arda in early 2023 and has since played 94 games, scoring 20 goals and making 11 assists.

Stanislav Ivanov began his career with Levski, where he made his debut in the top league during the 2015/2016 season.He became a key player for the team, appearing in 89 games and scoring 14 goals with 19 assists across all tournaments.

International Career and Injury

In 2023, “Stasi” received his first call-up to the men’s national team.He has since played five games for the team. He was called up for the recent matches against cyprus and Greece but had to withdraw due to an injury.He is expected to recover in 10-15 days and begin training with his new teammates before the upcoming matches in European club tournaments.
