A woman was reportedly stabbed Saturday night while walking in St. Paul during a robbery.
According to St. Paul Police, at 11:45 p.m., officers were called to the area of an apparent robbery near Seminary Avenue and Griggs Street.
There, a woman said she had been walking and talking on the phone when she felt someone yank her backpack off her and felt pain in her arm.
Officers said the woman had sustained a stab wound and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The injury is not life-threatening.
At this time, the suspect has not been identified and police are still investigating.
