Software.com.br announces a strategic alliance with North American company Invicti Security, a global leader in digital defense solutions for web applications and APIs. The goal is to expand access to Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) tools for public and private companies seeking reliability integrated into the software development lifecycle.
This initiative comes against the backdrop of increasing digitalization of services in sectors such as finance, government, health, education, industrial, technology, e-commerce and digital retail – areas that require ever-higher levels of cybersecurity.
Critical components that support operations and drive innovation in these segments, such as web applications and APIs, are often targeted by security vulnerabilities and require smarter, more automated and integrated digital hardening approaches.
In this context, Invicti stands out by offering a structured portfolio of solutions for small, medium and large companies, focused on automated detection and validation of real-world errors, eliminating false positives and providing comprehensive coverage of modern environments, including microservices and systems protected by authentication or firewalls.
Their technologies include advanced intelligent capabilities for digital asset discovery and technical and management reporting, prioritizing criticality and adhering to regulatory standards such as OWASP Top 10 (a global reference document highlighting the top ten risks in web applications), PCI DSS (an international standard for securing payment card data), ISO 27001 (a recognized standard for enterprise information management) and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
Invicti’s platforms also offer native integration with continuous deployment tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI and Azure DevOps, as well as compatibility with task and vulnerability management systems such as Jira, GitHub Issues and Azure Boards.
The agreement between the companies specifies that Software.com.br will act as Invicti’s official reseller and strategic partner in Brazil and will be responsible for licensing, implementation, local technical support and specialized services to orchestrate CI/CD pipelines – practices that automate testing, validation and updating throughout the software development process.
The commercial and technological cooperation model provides for a clear and coordinated division of responsibilities. Software.com.br handles the marketing and delivery of the products, local customer service, specialized after-sales support and dedicated technical support in Portuguese.
The corporate customer dealer will also lead capacity building and ongoing support initiatives for strategic customers, including proof-of-concept (PoCs), awareness campaigns on risks in web applications and APIs, and conducting webinars and events to disseminate best practices in digital defense and DevSecOps (Integrating Protection into the Development and Operations Lifecycle) culture.
Invicti will be responsible for providing the technology, training and specialized technical support, continuous tool updates and tactical coordination to support the Brazilian reseller’s activities, with a focus on training and support for corporate customers.
“The partnership with Software.com.br enables Invicti’s renowned DAST technology to be made available to a wider audience in Brazil and strengthens companies’ ability to integrate security into their development workflows with full confidence,” says Neil Roseman, CEO of Invicti.
Invicti’s leadership vision aligns with the actions and mission of Software.com.br, which shares the belief that digital reliability and innovation must go hand in hand from the earliest stages of software development, as this has a direct impact on the quality, speed and robustness of digital results.
“We believe that advancing cybersecurity requires a continued commitment to technical excellence and corporate responsibility,” says Rodrigo Villar, CEO of Software.com.br. “By integrating Invicti’s technology into our portfolio, we expand our ability to protect sensitive data, support digital transformation processes and promote more resilient, inclusive environments that meet the needs of the Brazilian market,” he concludes.
