An application is open until January 31, 2026, allowing consumers to receive a free smart thermostat, through a partnership between ERSE and Goldenergy.
These thermostats allow you to control and optimize natural gas heating systems (boiler + radiators) adapting to the use of the home and the habits of the residents, with a forecast of up to ~21% in gas savings for heating.
Consumers with their own permanent home using natural gas, with a gas boiler, Wi-Fi connection in the home and a smartphone can apply. Priority will be given to social tariff beneficiaries for which the equipment will be free. For the rest, a symbolic amount of 20 euros + VAT will be charged. You can find out more here.
It is not necessary to be a Goldenergy customer to participate, just fill out the form provided by the company.
The measure is part of ERSE's energy efficiency program, with a view to reducing energy consumption and emissions, in line with European targets for 2030. You can see an installation manual here.
