Tension is a natural part of a person’s life, but when its intensity increases and the duration of feeling it prolonged, this causes serious damage to health, especially the heart.
A new opinion poll conducted by the Epsos IP Foundation revealed that tension was among the basic factors that hinder individuals’ care of their hearts.
“Tension has direct effects on the heart, whether sharply or chronic. We know that the body is able to deal with levels of tension from time to time, but the sharp levels of psychological tension may sometimes be associated with the emergence of disorders in the heart system.”
He continued: “In chronic cases, stress hormones can lead to continuous high blood pressure, and although the effect may be simple, it may cause long -term damage.”
He continued: “Also, stress can stimulate inflammatory responses in the body through the same paths that are activated by psychological pressure.” He explained that some of the behaviors caused by tension, such as smoking and excessive drinking of alcohol, may threaten the health of the heart.
The same spokesman pointed out that there are strong direct evidence that acute tension can cause heart rhythm disorders, as it increases the possibility of additional impulses, which violates the mechanism of regulating electrical delivery inside the heart.
Vinyli highlighted that the heart is ready to adapt to the situations in which the body exerts a severe physical effort, but the heart is disturbed when the cause is psychological tension and not physical exertion. Vinlai emphasized that tension may be a cause of a crisis, or a heart attack.
However, tension is not the only factor that increases the risk of heart disease or heart attacks, according to Vinolay.
He said: “Control of psychological tension alone will not treat heart diseases, and it is not sufficient to prevent them reliably. We will all pass through cases of tension from time to time, and what matters is to learn techniques to manage it instead of trying to avoid it completely.”
A cardiology consultant presented some techniques to deal with stress and mitigate its effects. Among them is thinking about the sources of tension and trying to remove matters that weigh the shoulders and deepening the feeling of excessive pressure.
Vinlai is advised to follow a healthy lifestyle, avoid smoking and exercise regularly. The screen time reduces a healthy step to reduce stress.
Vinlai stressed the need to exercise daily, in addition to reconsidering priorities.
