A recent video on Shu‘s YouTube channel, ‘Human That’s Sch,’ wich documents her daily life and return to YouTube, has stirred controversy. the video featured a segment where Shu’s remarks against her husband, Lim hyo-sung, were perceived as inappropriate and afterward deleted by the crew.

In the video, Shu reflected on her life, stating, “I have never thought of being a twin mother in my teens. I have never drawn marriage. It was a dream to set up a cafe in my 40s.” She also added, “If people can go back to the past, I will go back. I won’t go back. My life, my life, and values have changed for several years.”

The video also showcased Shu’s volunteer work, stemming from a court mandate related to past gambling allegations. She commented on her service, saying, “Even if people are pretending, it is indeed a time when it cannot be changed with money.”

Later in the video, Lim Hyo-sung joined shu. Sitting together,Shu initiated a conversation,asking,”The word couple is very burdensome. Do you think it’s our couple?” The exchange was described as casual, referencing “4 years of marriage” and “11 years of friend life.”

Controversial Exchange and Deletion

The controversy arose when Shu, in a seemingly lighthearted manner, asked lim Hyo-sung, “Is there a good girlfriend these days?” Lim Hyo-sung responded, “It’s crazy.” Shu continued, “Can’t you ask? How good is it? In American style.”

This exchange led to speculation about potential issues within the couple’s relationship. Critics pointed out the inappropriateness of the remarks, especially considering Shu’s past divorce and involvement with illegal gambling. The production team ultimately deleted the scene, seemingly acknowledging the controversy.

Shu’s Return to YouTube

Shu recently launched her YouTube channel, marking her return to the public eye. On August 8th, she released her first video featuring Lim Hyo-sung, where she addressed her past involvement in illegal gambling and BJ (Broadcasting Jockey) activities. It was revealed that Lim Hyo-sung had repaid 280 million won of her gambling debt.

Shu and Lim Hyo-sung married in 2010 and have a son and twin daughters.
