Millions of online sites around the world use Shopify for their online stores, but today, on Cyber Monday, they experienced an outage, the problem was also confirmed by the service provider, according to which there is a known technical problem.
Shopify may be a simple and convenient way to run an online store, but when it goes down, you realize how important the best hosting infrastructure is. At 3:00 p.m. Hungarian time today, thousands of businesses reported problems logging into their accounts.
Shopify has since confirmed that there are issues and that they are working on a fix. It’s important to note that customers can still shop, just a store owners cannot access the dashboard at this time and background system.
Stores worldwide are affected, but most of the notifications come from North America, and those who haven’t run into it should stay logged in to avoid inconvenience.
