Rainfalls Due to the Amihan Over Northern and Central Luzon

Aside from these areas, the amihan will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains across the remainder of Luzon.

Winds are expected to be strong to gale, while coastal waters will be rough to very rough over Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, and eastern parts of Southern Luzon and the Visayas.
Strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions are expected in the rest of Luzon and Visayas, while lighter winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions can be anticipated in Mindanao.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will be observed over Mindanao due to the easterlies.
