Attacker Benjamin Sesko of Manchester United is not yet a starter, according to manager Ruben amorim, who emphasized that Sesko needs more time to adjust to English football.

The Slovenian footballer has onyl appeared as a substitute in Manchester United’s first two Premier League matches, playing a total of 64 minutes in the 1-0 defeat by Arsenal and the 1-1 draw with Fulham.

Sofascore‘s data indicates that Sesko created only one chance in those two appearances. The Red Devils are in need of more firepower up front to secure victories.

Benjamin Sesko did not participate in Manchester United’s preseason after his transfer from RB Leipzig. Ruben amorim also noted that adapting from the Bundesliga to the Premier League is a significant challenge.

“I think he needs time,” said MU manager on the club’s official website. “Sometimes it’s not easy when you are on the bench and you enter the game and the game is very fast.”
