space exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) is preparing to launch the MTG-S1/Sentinel-4A satellite into orbit aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from the Florida coast. The launch will carry the Copernicus Sentinel-4 satellite, a key component of Europe’s Copernicus program, into space.

the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) anticipates the arrival of Sentinel-4,wich will enhance its ability to monitor air quality and atmospheric composition. The European Space Agency (ESA) is providing a live stream of the launch.

The MTG-S1/Sentinel-4A mission is a collaborative effort focused on advancing meteorological observation and atmospheric monitoring capabilities.
