This year the market is dominated by the Second World War and the liberation. The organization receives support from various associations that specialize in historical statements. One of those groups is the Klondikes, who portray the 101st Airborne Division: the American parachutists who freed the region at the time.
Although the size of the market is equal to previous years, the organization expects more visitors through the extensive program. For example, a military emergency hospital has been recreated in the church and demonstrations are given with parachutes and historical weapons. In addition, there are various military vehicles in the village.
