The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (Kemenhaj) of the Republic of Indonesia officially opened the selection for Central Level Saudi Arabian Hajj Organizing Officers (PPIH) 1447 H/2026 AD. For those who are interested, registration can be done on Monday, December 8 2025.
In a statement conveyed by the Director of Regular Hajj Officer Development, Chandra Sulistyo Eksoprojo, Saturday (6/12/2025), registration will be open 8-14 December 2025. This recruitment is carried out in a transparent, professional and accountable manner to produce Hajj officers who are competent and have integrity.

There are 8 formations for PPIH Saudi Arabia 2026. Here are the details:

PPIH 2026 Registration Requirements
General Terms
- Indonesian citizen
- Muslim
- Physically & mentally healthy (proven by a government doctor’s letter)
- Not pregnant
- Fully committed to serving the Hajj pilgrims
- Have integrity, credibility and a good track record and are not currently a suspect in the criminal legal process
- Have a valid residence identity
- Able to operate computers/devices
- Preferably able to speak Arabic or English
- Obtain agency permission (for ASN, non-ASN, TNI/POLRI, employees of other agencies)
- Not on study assignments
- Married couples are prohibited from registering in the same year
- Never been PPIH Saudi Arabia/kloter more than 3 times since 2022
- Can come from ASN, non-ASN, TNI/Polri, Islamic organizations, Islamic boarding schools, PTKI, or professionals
Special Conditions

2. Executor of Worship Guidance
- Age 35-60 years
- I’ve done Hajj
- Has a Hajj guide certificate
3. Haj Media Center Executive
- Age 25-57 years
- UKW certified journalist or public relations certified publicist
- Media must be verified by the Press Council
- Maximum 2 registrants per agency/media
4. Implementing Crisis Management and First Aid for Hajj Pilgrims (PKPPJH)
- Age 25-50 years
- Medical personnel are required to have STR & SIP
- Non-medics are required to have an emergency certificate
5. Implementation of the Protection of the Congregation
- Age 25-50 years
- TNI/Polri members with a maximum rank of Major/Police Commissioner
6. Implementing Services for Elderly & Disabled Congregants
- Age 25-50 years
- Preferably have experience working with the elderly/disabled
- Being able to sign language is an added advantage

The recommendation letter can be signed by:
- General Chairperson of central level Islamic Organizations
- Echelon I Official of the Ministry of Haj/Kemenag
- Relevant Echelon IK/L officials
- Head of a central level state institution
- Head of SSDM Bureau at Police Headquarters for Polri members
- Aspers to the TNI Commander for TNI members
- Chancellor/vice chancellor of state/private PTKI
- Head of state/private STAI
- Leaders of Islamic boarding schools licensed by the Ministry of Religion
Additional Terms
- PPIH selection is gratification free & free of charge
- NIK can only be used for one registration account
- Document errors are the responsibility of the participant
- The committee’s decision is final
