Sarwendah underwent examination as a victim witness regarding Ruben Onsu‘s report at Polda Metro Jaya, yesterday. Ruben Onsu reported alleged defamation through electronic media regarding slander about the origins of children.
Sarwendah was questioned as a victim witness in connection with the circulation of content from the TikTok social media account allegedly spreading slander about their child.
Sarwendah attended the investigator’s summons by bringing a number of pieces of evidence to strengthen his statement in the case.

“So we submit evidence that the child is indeed the child of our client (the child with the initials T),” said Chris Sam Siwu at Polda Metro Jaya, South Jakarta.
Chris explained that the Vina.run TikTok account was suspected of spreading false accusations regarding the status of Sarwendah and Ruben Obsu’s children. The content is considered to contain elements of slander and defamation.
“Because there they are slandering. The account is slandering not our client’s child, all kinds of things. We don’t understand either, our client is also confused,” he said.
Furthermore, the legal representative assessed that there were indications that certain parties were continuously attacking Sarwendah via social media. Sarwendah also knows about the account.
“Our client feels like there are parties who don’t like him all the time. So we will slowly deal with it until we know who the real perpetrator will be,” said Chris.
He emphasized that all the accusations made via the TikTok account were baseless. It is hoped that this case will be a lesson for the public to be wiser in using social media.
“What is certain is that we explain all the evidence that what was conveyed on the TikTok account ‘Vina.runn’ is not true at all. And this is a lesson for others, don’t just talk nonsense and don’t commit slander,” he stressed.
Presenter Ruben Onsu officially reported the owner of the Instagram and TikTok account @vina.run to Polda Metro Jaya. The account is suspected of spreading slanderous content that attacks Ruben Onsu’s good name and concerns his child.
The accusation that Thalia Putri Onsu is not Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah’s biological child is a slander spread by the TikTok account @vina.run in 2025.
The report has been registered with number STTLP/B/5364/VII/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA. In his report, Ruben Onsu charged the respondent with Article 310 and Article 311 of the Criminal Code concerning defamation and slander.
Apart from that, the report also refers to Article 27 Paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph (3) of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE). Not only that, the alleged violation of Article 32 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 48 Paragraph (1) of the ITE Law is also included and linked to Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.
