The winner of this year’s rally Sarma, the 2025 Polish rally champion Jakub Matulka has announced that for the next three years he will compete in the European Rally Championship as part of the Orlen Lotto Rally Team, with a possible step to the World Rally Championship in the future.

“Joining the Orlen team is a huge honor for me and a natural step towards racing at the highest level,” said Jakub Matulkawho will continue to compete with co-driver Damian City. “Orlen supports the biggest names in Polish motorsport, so I am proud to be a part of this group (Orlen also supports drivers such as Miko Marczyk, Kajetan Kajetanowicz, etc.). I am fully motivated to use this opportunity, continue to develop and fight for the best possible results in Orlen colors.”

The new season of ERČ will start from April 17 to 19 with Sierra Morena – Córdoba World Heritage Site rally.
In preparation for the new ERC season, Matulka will compete in Spain La Llana Rally in the rally from April 10 to 11.
