Houthis Vow Retaliation After Israeli Airstrikes Hit Sanaa Airport

Yemen’s Houthi group has reaffirmed its dedication to supporting Gaza, undeterred by recent Israeli airstrikes on Sanaa International Airport. Teh group has issued a warning to Tel Aviv, hinting at a “hot summer” in response to the attack.
The Houthi-controlled Al-Masirah TV reported that four Israeli airstrikes targeted the airport runway and one aircraft belonging to Yemenia Airways.
Following a visit to the site, Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of Houthis’s Supreme Political Council, told the Saba news agency, which is affiliated with Houthi, that “This criminal aggression will only encourage us further.”
Al-Mashat pledged that the Houthis’ support for Gaza woudl remain steadfast until israel ceases its attacks and lifts the blockade.
He issued a direct threat to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stating, “You cannot protect our Zionists from our Rudal-Rudal.”
