The story of a miracle in San José de Mendoza
“I want to thank everyone who has supported me, my family, friends and all the people who have prayed for me; whoever we like to support, even if it is a little, is appreciated”said Freddy.
For three weeks, the minor remained in intensive care, from the first moment until he was discharged, his parents, sisters, family and friends remained by his side, thanks to the fact that Freddy was able to overcome all odds, it is said that it was thanks to a miracle.
“It’s been a long time, but that’s it; unlike at the beginning when they didn’t give us hope, it’s a miracle, as many say; they say he’s a miracle child.”shared Olga Sandoval, his mother.
“They have helped me start a new life (…) fear no longer exists in me because I already lived it, now I just have to trust that it won’t happen again and that I will walk again; let’s go up, we have no choice.”
Works to address the causes in Salamanca
In these Salamanca localities, the causes of social inequality and backwardness have been addressed through investments and programs focused on improving basic infrastructure, housing, legal certainty of land and orderly territorial development.
This strategy is implemented in coordination with authorities from the three levels of government and other federal agencies through Peace Fairs and other activities, with the aim of building peace and reducing social inequality.
