At the regional Citadel, in Catanzaro, a demonstration of workers from accredited private healthcare, Rsa and rehabilitation Aiop and Aris promoted by Fp Cgil, Cisl Fp and Uil Fpl is planned.
The delay in renewing the registration is unacceptable National collective labor agreement (Cncnl), eight years for Aiop and thirteen for Aris. This is what is contained in a note received by the editorial staff. The day of protest was scheduled for 25 March 2026 starting at 11.00.

The two employers’ associations Aiop and Aris, responsible for the bargaining tables, they continue to avoid the opening of negotiations by hiding behind the claim of having economic certainties from the institutions. The absence of an updated contractual framework produces inadequate wages, a strong loss of purchasing power and an outdated regulatory framework, compromising the quality of assistance and the guarantee of Essential Levels of Assistance throughout the national territory.
These disparities in treatment, in relation to tasks performed for the National Health Service are causing staff to abandon the sector, with serious repercussions on the maintenance of services and the impossibility, for many accredited operators, of complying with the staffing requirements established by regional regulations.
