Meeting with the companion at Milan airport and departure for Chicago on a scheduled flight. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Free time and overnight stay.

2nd day – CHICAGO
Breakfast. The day begins by exploring the heart of the city by heading to the Willis Tower to climb to the top of the Skydeck, from which you can enjoy a 360° view of Chicago and Lake Michigan. The emotion continues with the walk on “The Ledge”, a glass platform that allows you to walk “into the void” at 412 meters. We continue with a walk to Millennium Park to admire the Cloud Gate (The Bean). Overnight stay in hotel.
3rd day – CHICAGO / ST. LOUIS
Breakfast. Depart for Pontiac for a photo stop at the Route 66 Shield Mural. Continue south to St. Louis and visit the city symbol: the Gateway Arch, with an elevator ride to the top for a panoramic view of the city and the Mississippi River. Overnight stay. (about 480 km)

4th day – ST. LOUIS / SPRINGFIELD (MO)
Breakfast. Continue towards Springfield, considered the “Birthplace of Route 66”. Visit the Route 66 Car Museum and Mother Road Memorial Park. Walk in the historic center among vintage signs and typical diners. Overnight stay. (about 350 km)

Day 5 – SPRINGFIELD / OKLAHOMA CITY
Breakfast. You cross the State of Missouri and enter Oklahoma. Arrival in Oklahoma City and free time in Bricktown, a lively restaurant and music district. Stop planned at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. Overnight stay. (about 460 km)

6th day – OKLAHOMA CITY / AMARILLO

8° giorno – ALBUQUERQUE / HOLBROOK (Acoma Pueblo – Petrified Forest – Painted Desert)
