On the occasion of the Europe-wide “Code Week” from October 11th to 16th, the Media Education Center Delmenhorst, together with the media educator from the youth work department, invites you to two workshops at the beginning of the autumn holidays.
Both events on Monday, October 13th are about “Lego Spike” – a learning and creative set that helps children and young people develop basic skills in the areas of programming, technology and robotics through play.
Only limited places
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., children aged eight to eleven can build robots free of charge. In the afternoon, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., young people aged twelve and over are invited to program according to instructions or to become creative on their own. The possibilities range from carousels to fast vehicles to gripper arms – or something new is invented. The number of places is limited for both offers.
