Robert C. Oh, MD, MPH
Dr. Robert C. Oh is a family physician with extensive experience in both clinical and educational settings. With a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in sports medicine, Oh has made significant contributions to the field of healthcare.
Oh earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at DeWitt Army Community Hospital. He then advanced his career by participating in a faculty development fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center and obtaining his Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Washington.
Throughout his career, Dr. Oh has held several leadership positions, including associate program director, program director, chief of family medicine, and chief medical officer. His extensive experience spans over 20 years.
In 2014, Oh’s expertise in sports medicine led him to be chosen as the Physician Lead for the Performance Triad – a health performance and optimization initiative for the United States Army, which he led from 2014 to 2016.
Oh’s military service lasted 22 years, during which he gained operational and combat experience in Kosovo and Iraq. He then joined the Veterans Health Administration, where he was appointed as the VA Puget Sound Associate Chief of Staff for Education. Currently, Oh serves as the Chief Clinician Well-Being Officer at VA Palo Alto, supporting their REBOOT program aimed at reducing burnout.
Rich Froning, BS (EXE), 10-Time CrossFit Games Champion
Rich Froning is a legend in the fitness community, often recognized as the “Fittest Man in History.” A successful entrepreneur, he is the owner of Rich Froning Fitness and operates out of Mayhem Fitness.
Froning achieved unparalleled success in competition, winning four consecutive individual CrossFit Games championships from 2011 to 2014. He also secured the worldwide CrossFit Open title for three consecutive years during the same period.
Following his retirement from individual competition, Froning continued to lead with passion by captaining CrossFit Mayhem Freedom to six Affiliate Cup championships, two consecutively (2015-2016) and four in a row (2018-2022).
With a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Tennessee Tech University, Froning utilizes his extensive knowledge and experience to inspire and lead individuals in their fitness journeys.
Currently a resident of Tennessee, Froning enjoys life with his wife and three children, sharing his expertise through coaching and public speaking.
Caity Matter Henniger, CSO, Rogue Fitness
Caity Matter Henniger is a respected figure in the fitness industry, currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer at Rogue Fitness. Since joining the company in 2007, she has been instrumental in shaping Rogue into the leading manufacturer of fitness equipment.
Henniger oversees a team of 700, ensuring the continuous growth and maintenance of Rogue’s reputation. Her leadership contributes to maintaining the brand’s status in the competitive landscape.
A dedicated CrossFit athlete, Henniger has also made her mark in competition, having won the CrossFit Games in 2008. She continues to support the CrossFit community in various capacities, including her role as the Director of the Rogue Invitational and her extensive involvement in broadcasting events for ESPN3.com.
Born and raised in Ohio, Henniger is a proud graduate of Ohio State University. She played as a guard for the Buckeye women’s basketball team and spent two seasons playing professionally in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).
Today, Caity resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and Rogue Fitness founder, Bill. Her story encapsulates dedication, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to fitness and excellence.
