Rivarolo Canavese comes alive with the “Night of Sounds and Flavors,” a summer event organized by the Pro Loco to celebrate its 40th anniversary.The event promises an evening of Piedmontese cuisine, music, entertainment, and shopping.
A Night of Piedmontese Tradition
The Pro Loco of Rivarolo Canavese invites everyone to discover the city through its welcoming atmosphere and lively events. Visitors can savor traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared by local experts while enjoying music,entertainment for all ages,and shops open for summer sales.
The event is sponsored by Città di Rivarolo Canavese, Piedmont Region, Unpli, Duc Vivi rivarolo, Ascom, and local businesses.
Flavors, Music, Shopping, and Fun
The event will transform the streets and squares of the city center, creating a pedestrian zone along Corso Torino, Corso Indipendenza, and Viale Berone. This extends the historic center, including via Ivrea, via trieste, via Farina, and the San Francesco shopping center.
The Path of Taste
Visitors are invited to follow the “path of taste” within the city’s historic courtyards, where the Pro Loco will prepare typical Piedmontese dishes. These “Cortili in…” are located in Corso Torino, Corso Indipendenza, via ivrea, and the san Francesco shopping center.
Culinary Delights from Local Pro Loco
- Pro Loco Rivarolo Canavese: Traditional appetizers and peaches with erbaluce
- PRO LOCO BRANDIZZO: Mixed Piedmontese fried and pisen peaches
- Pro Loco Strambino: Agnolotti with ragù and butter and sage
- Pro Loco vestignè: Grilled ribs, grilled salamelle, and french fries
- Pro Loco Feletto: Fried frogs, fried fish, and french fries

Shopping Opportunities
The “Night of the summer sales” offers tourists the chance to shop until 00:30, with the city center closed to traffic from 18:00 on Saturday, July 5, 2025. Parking is available near the event.
