Actress and director Rēzija Kalniņa revealed in an interview to “Privātā Dzīve” magazine that an agreement was reached with her husband, conductor Ainārs Rubiķi, on the continuation of their marriage.
Kalniņa stated that there were both difficult and harmonious phases in their relationship, but this summer the couple was seen together again in public. To the question about the wedding anniversary, she answered with humor, referring to the saying of ex-president Vaira Vīke-Freiberga: “Well, shall we last one more year?”
Rēzija Kalniņa and Ainārs Rubiķis have been married since July 31, 2013.
