Images of the altercation that occurred on March 3 have made the rounds on social networks in recent days.
We see a convenience store supervisor and a teenager holding each other by the collar. At one point, a young man appears out of nowhere and sneakily punches the adult man who collapses to the ground.
In the days following the attack, the school administration sent a letter to parents, informing them of an “unfortunate incident that occurred off school grounds” involving students.
Interventions were quickly carried out with the young people concerned, management indicated, recalling that any act of violence is unacceptable.
The mayor of Repentigny, Nicolas Dufour, also reacted to the violent video circulating on social networks, calling it unacceptable.
