A rare bottle, fourteen signatures, an emblematic house and a solidarity dinner in the heart of Reims: Champagne proves that taste can also rhyme with commitment. On November 20, the restaurant L’ExtrA, in Reims, is organizing a charity dinner in partnership with Maison Charles Heidsieck. A unique jeroboam of Blanc de Blancs, signed in gold ink by fourteen great starred chefs, will be sold at auction for the benefit of the Les Amis du R22 association.
Fourteen signatures for a unique bottle
Table of Contents
The bottle bears the signatures of renowned chefs: Arnaud Lallement (L’Assiette Champenoise, 3 stars in Tinqueux), Philippe Mille (L’Arbane, Reims), Philippe Etchebest, Stéphane Buron, David Bizet, Jérôme Banctel and Christophe Raoux, among others.
These chefs come together to support a project born in Reims: a restaurant that places inclusion at the heart of its approach.
A five-sequence dinner by L’ExtrA
In the kitchen, Philippe Joly and his team will prepare a menu in five sequences. Each dish will be accompanied by a different Charles Heidsieck vintage, to offer a complete gastronomic experience.
The evening will end with the auction of the signed jeroboam, a unique piece whose sale will directly finance the actions of the Les Amis du R22 association. Since its opening, L’ExtrA has defended a simple idea: gastronomy can be inclusive.
The Reims establishment, recognized by the Michelin Guide since 2023, operates according to a cooperative and supportive model. In the dining room and in the kitchen, several employees have a mental disability. Their daily involvement gives the place a rare authenticity.
An evening open to all
The dinner will take place on Wednesday November 20, 2025 at 7:30 p.m.
Price: 225 euros per person, including five Charles Heidsieck vintages, two starters, a main course and a dessert.
Reservations can be made on lextra-reims.fr.
