The man suspected of having shot two brokers inside a real estate alleged self -defense, the Civil Police said. The crime happened in Tuesday afternoon (1st) and would have been motivated by debt.

– The author revealed that he owned a real estate and was negotiating to sell this real estate to some partners and they were there on dealings of values he had to receive. He would have disagreed and, believing that the two individuals who were there in his room could be armed, because they were in a jacket, he would have fired the shots at them. He claims self -defense and this will be questioned, because there was no other weapon in the crime scene, besides the perpetrator’s weapon – commented the delegate Beatriz Ribas.

The victims were identified as Thiago Adolfo, who was a broker in another real estate, and Deyvid Luiz Leite who was a broker and partner of the suspect. In addition, Deyvid was also known in the region because of the music, as he also worked as a singer.

Also according to the delegate, the partner would have left the scene and went to a gas station, where the Military Police found him. He would be with blood marks and admitted to having fired the shots.
The suspect also claims to be CAC, that is, collector, sports shooter and hunter (CAC), therefore, have permission to carry a gun. However, the version will still be confirmed.
The man was arrested and will go through a custody hearing on the afternoon of Wednesday (2). The delegate states that he has already represented the request for the pre -trial detention of the investigated, so that he will respond to the arrested process. Investigations on the case follow.
