Her previous role as Group Managing director at Havas Lynx Group saw her successfully leading multiple agency teams and spearheading global campaigns for major pharmaceutical brands.

Nelson, a 13-year veteran of Real Chemistry, is recognized for his strategic acumen and ability to forge strong partnerships. He will serve as a senior client strategist, building teams tailored to client needs and identifying international growth opportunities across both existing and prospective clients. His client portfolio includes leading pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, medical device manufacturers, diagnostic companies, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions.

Nelson’s prior experience includes leading global communications, advocacy, and policy initiatives for roche in Basel, Switzerland, providing him with a deep understanding of the european healthcare landscape.
